Vangelis Rinas is a multifaceted creator, painter and sculptor, with international recognition and critical acclaim. Distinguished among the artists of his generation, he has a constant presence in New York and China. One of his sculptures belongs to the permanent collection of the National Opera of Beijing. He presents the Nimerti of Spring as a teenage daughter with the beauty, freshness, authenticity and sweetness of her youth. Aerial, with obvious sensitivity, purity and sincerity. The youthful portrait with the carefree, luscious, romantic look, adorned with colorful wildflowers, the vigor of transparent skin and the harmonious proportions of her body, express the incarnation of spring and regeneration, hope and creation.
